We are delighted to announce that Somersault has been appointed to provide full event coverage for the 2013 TEDx event organised by the London Business School. This is the second time we will cover the event, having provided full production in 2012.

For our latest project we produced a series of subject testimonial videos for Hills Road Sixth Form College.
The Cambridge based college wanted to use video to showcase the wide variety of A and AS Level subjects on offer.
We produced six testimonial videos for the college website, interviewing students about their experience of a range of courses from Archaeology to Business Studies.
Team Somersault spent a day at the college, capturing interviews with students studying six different subjects.… Read more
Fresh off the back of a wildly successful 2012, the newly re-branded British Athletics (formerly know as UK Athletics), have continued to work with Somersault to produce a range of video coaching resources.
For our latest shoot we were in to Bristol to focus on Olympic lifting exercises that help to develop power and explosiveness in all athletes.
We were joined on the two day shoot by Olympic lifting expert Stuart Yule. Stuart is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Glasgow Warriors rugby union team, having previously worked at the English Institute of Sport and represented Scotland at the Commonwealth Games.… Read more
One lucky media studies student got some serious on the job experience when we produced a series of videos for Hills Road Sixth Form College.
Georgia Morris, a second year media studies student, was invited to work with the Somersault crew when we shot a series of marketing videos for the nationally renowned college. Georgia worked as a Production Assistant, helping with different aspects of the shoot including slating, set ups and lighting.
This is the second time Hills Road Sixth Form College have worked with Somersault, with the first project ending in the company employing former student, Barnaby Palmer, to a full time position as a Production Assistant.… Read more
Stomachs were rumbling all round on our latest shoot with David Lloyd Leisure. The leading gym and fitness group has just launched a brand new menu full of healthy and well balanced food choices and needed a way of communicating this change to their members.
The David Lloyd team felt that it was really important to let their members know the reasons behind the change, and enlisted Somersault to come up with a complete concept to explain the philosophy behind the new DLicious menu.… Read more

Jennie has a vast amount of experience in media sales and the delivery of complete media campaigns. She joins Somersault from web design agency Marketing Interactive, where she was a senior account manager.… Read more
Our latest project with Tesco Property involved us filming the complete makeover of the Tesco Metro store in central Carlisle.
The store has been open for a grand total of 42(!) years, and the Tesco Property team decided it was time for a complete refit of both the store and staff facilities.
Team Somersault travelled up to Carlisle to interview some of the Tesco staff and to capture shots of the old store. They also set up a time lapse camera in store that documented the seven weeks of the renovations from start to finish.… Read more
Team Somersault recently filmed Olympic rowing star Zac Purchase at the opening of the brand new David Lloyd Leisure club in Worcester.
The Olympic gold and silver medallist was on hand to cut the ribbon at the new £8 million pound facility, which features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a full gym.
For the opening ceremony Zac was also joined by Scot Lloyd, the CEO of the David Lloyd Leisure Group.
Zac, who is from Worcester, then welcomed pupils from his old primary school to take part in a special PE session and also gave them the chance to ask some questions about his Olympic success.… Read more
Rhythm was sadly lacking as the Somersault cameras captured some of the Worcester Warriors rugby team trying out the latest fitness craze of Bokwa.
The premiership players were on hand to try out the facilities at the brand new David Lloyd Leisure club in Worcester, which has been built right next to their home stadium.
After playing a spot of tennis and lifting some weights in the gym, the players and Warriors mascot, Maximus, were taken out of their comfort zone by attempting a high energy Bokwa class.… Read more
